This was probably one of the unluckiest days in the life of Robert Green, England's goal keeper. In the 40th Minute the ball slipped from his hands and rolled into the goal. All the rest was ok, but what will be remembered, is for sure, this terrible mistake. But as well his team was not able to put sufficient pressure on the USA in order to win this game. I haven't seen the genious player on the field. And if Beckham in his suit on the bench did help that much? I guess not. England has to improve a lot in order to end up in 1st place in this group, avoiding to meet Germany already in the round of 16. The USA delivered a stable game, but they can be happy with the draw. England was a difficult adversary, let's see the games against Algeria and Slovenia.

Help! Where were to beautiful songs of the English? At least when they are winning, they usually don't stop singing. In this game, they had 26 minutes to sing, but I didn't hear anything!!! On the contrary, I always expect a swarm of bees to enter the screen and attack the television commentator. Even the football player cannot communicate anymore! Ban these noisy vuvuzelas from the stadiums! They kill the typical football atmosphere totally
