It was raining yellow cards. It seemed that the Spanish referee Undiano showed a card with each whistle. So one could imagine, that there will be a red one soon. It was probably a coincidence, that it was Klose that had to leave the game. His foul was not worth a red card.
However, some teams improve that much, when playing with only 10 players, that they are ending up scoring goals, what was not possible before. but this was not the case with Germany. They fighted hard, but were not able to construct really good chances. A little disappointed after the 4 : 0 against Australia.
Serbia played a good game and was able to score against the 10 Germans. With this victory, Serbia kept its chance to stay in the world cup for the round of 16.
